Service Description
Whether you’re wondering about developmental milestones, toy recommendations, or the best baby gear, you can now submit your questions to me through a simple form. Submit Your Questions: Share your concerns & questions via my online form. Receive Expert Advice: After payment, I’ll review your questions and respond with a detailed video within 7 business days. This service doesn't include direct contact during the initial consultation, but I will cover your concerns comprehensively. Ask Follow-Up Questions: You'll have the opportunity to ask follow-up questions based on my initial response. Get a Personalized Plan: Receive a tailored plan to help develop the specific skills your child needs.


Cancellation Policy
To book a service, clients must submit their questions or schedule a consultation through the designated online form. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the service. Upon successful payment, clients will receive a confirmation email with details of their booking. Clients may cancel their booking within 24 hours of the initial payment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 24 hours but before the service is delivered (e.g., before the video response is sent or the consultation is conducted) will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued if the video response has already been sent to the client or if the scheduled consultation has taken place. Clients may request to reschedule their consultation at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may not be accommodated and may be subject to the same refund policy as cancellations. For the "Submit Your Questions" service, clients will receive a detailed video response within 7 business days of submitting their questions and payment. For the "Personalized Consultation" service, clients will receive a confirmation of their scheduled and agreed upon consultation time, which will take place via video or phone call. Clients who opt for the "Submit Your Questions" service can ask follow-up questions after receiving their video response. Clients who opt for the "Personalized Consultation" service will receive follow-up support and a personalized plan after their consultation. By booking a service, clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
