About Me
Hi, I'm Olivia, a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Mom and creator behind The OT Mom. Professionally, I am a licensed and board certified OT in Texas and Pennsylvania. I have a range of experience from babies all the way to geriatric clients. When I decided to transition to full-time, stay at home mom with my son, I created The OT Mom as a way to continue to share my knowledge as a Pediatric OT with my experiences as a first-time mom. At The OT Mom you can find information on developmental milestones, play activities, feeding strategies, baby items and so much more... all through the eyes of an OT Mom.

I want to help you feel confident and equipped to nurture your child's development. I want to help guide you and your child in the right direction through evidence-based strategies to support your decisions regarding your child. Let me eliminate the confusion that can surround development and give you solutions to your questions. I can't wait to connect with you!

Helping Parents and Babies Thrive
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and first-time mom, my mission is to empower and support fellow first-time moms on their parenting journey. Drawing on my expertise in child development, motor, feeding and play skills, I aim to provide therapy insights in a relatable manner. Through a blend of evidence-based guidance and personal experience, I aspire to create a community where first-time moms can access valuable knowledge, build confidence, and foster the optimal development of their children. Together, let's navigate the joys and challenges of motherhood with informed decisions and a shared commitment to our children's well-being.
